At Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation, our team is made up of experienced physical therapists, Doctors of Physical Therapy, and Physical Therapist Assistants dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

Our clinical team brings diverse experience across different areas of rehabilitation, including orthopedic care, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and functional recovery. By combining professional knowledge, hands on treatment techniques, and a patient focused approach, our therapists create personalized care plans based on each individual’s needs and goals.

Led by our founder Joe, Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation maintains a strong commitment to professional excellence and evidence based physical therapy. Joe’s involvement with organizations such as the Nevada Physical Therapy Board, the American Physical Therapy Association, and the American Academy of Manual Therapists reflects our dedication to maintaining high standards of care.

Joseph E. Indrieri

After finishing his education and working in the corporate setting for the first 5 years of his career, Joe realized that the caliber of care provided at the time, was not what he believed to be sufficient for a quality patient experience.

Joe formed Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation, in an attempt to bring the roots of Physical Therapy back to the outpatient setting. His goal was to implement a healing touch as the primary focus of patient care.

This personal attention and hands on approach being the key to excellent care and maximal return to function.

Jonathan Indrieri, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Jonathan Indrieri, PTA Originally from Long Island, NY Jon proudly served in the USMC from 2005-2009 before moving to Las Vegas in 2010 where he took interest in the field of physical therapy. In 2016 he entered PTA school graduating in 2018. Jon enjoys working in the clinical setting helping people restore their quality of life.

Molly Vaughan, PT, DPT, PCS

Molly Vaughan, PT, DPT, PCS, is a graduate of the U.S. Army-Baylor Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (2012) and a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist. She joined Dynamic Spine and Sport in Las Vegas, Nevada, to develop and lead the pelvic health program across its clinics, bringing specialized expertise in pelvic health across the lifespan to the practice.
Dr. Vaughan has earned the Certificate of Advanced Practice in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) through the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health and is completing Board Certification in Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction Biofeedback (BCB-PMD) through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), reflecting advanced training in pelvic health evaluation and treatment.

A recognized leader in her field, Molly is a National Speaker, is currently the Northwest Regional Representative for the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, and a director within the Pediatric Pelvic Health Special Interest Group. She is committed to advancing evidence-informed pelvic health care across the lifespan.

Molly has served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves for more than 17 years and continues to support both military and civilian populations through clinical care, education, and leadership. She is currently an Associate Professor of Pelvic Health and Pediatric Rehabilitation in the U.S. Army-Baylor DPT Program and a Doctor of Science (DSc) Scholar in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Her clinical background includes adult and pediatric pelvic health, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care, male pelvic health, and orthopedic and sports physical therapy, as well as neurodevelopmental pediatric care across outpatient, early intervention, school-based, and acute-care settings.

Jesus Solis, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Jesus Solis, PTA Jesus, a Las Vegas native, graduated from the College of Southern Nevada in 2017 and has since been a valuable part of our Dynamic family. Jesus' passion is to help, educate and make a difference in people’s lives which lead him into the field of physical therapy. Jesus has strong family values and loves being a father to his 3-year-old daughter. He plans on continuing his education and one day furthering his education and earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Jesus is a highly motivated PTA and is grateful for the skills he has gained here and excited for the opportunities still to come. Se Habla Español!

Amy Mathis, Physical Therapist Assistant

Amy Mathis, Physical Therapist Assistant Biography: Amy Mathis was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and in 2019 went through Guillain-Barre which left her paralyzed. Throughout that journey she fell in love with the physical therapy field thanks to it giving her the ability to gain her life back. She then worked as a CNA while she put herself through a physical therapy assistant program at Pima Medical Institute and graduated in 2023, and has been with Dynamic Spine and Sport ever since.

Maria Garcia, Liens Manager Maria was born in Los Angeles, California but was raised in Las Vegas (GO KNIGHTS!) With a background in customer service, it comes naturally for Maria to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. Maria makes sure patients are getting top-of-the-line care and is always available to assist them with their wellness journey. Maria joined the Dynamic team in 2020 as our front office receptionist and has quickly worked her way up to earning the title of Liens Manager. We look forward to having her grow with the company.

Originally from Cuba, Miguel moved to the United States a little over 10 years ago making Las Vegas home. Miguel graduated from Bonanza High School continuing on to the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he earned his BS in Kinesiology. Miguel’s interest in exercise and human movement motivated him to pursue a career in the physical therapy field. Miguel joined our Dynamic Team as a PT Technician, but hopes to return to school to become a physical therapist soon! Se Habla Español!
