The Dynamic Spine and Sport Mission: "Getting you back to life and living"
At Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation our professional staff aims to provide quality health care in a warm and inviting environment with ultimate concern for the individual as a whole being.
At Dynamic we believe that getting back to the roots of the profession of physical therapy is imperative to the success of what we do. We implement a strong manual based, hands on approach to treatment intervention because a healing touch only strengthens the rehabilitation protocol and maximizes individual progress.
We strive to help the individual achieve progress and change marked by continuous advance. We are committed to helping you improve you and your family's quality of life.
Philip Friesen has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2015, and has been with Dynamic Spine and Sport rehabilitation since May of 2017 after moving to Las Vegas. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from Chapman University, in southern California. Since graduating, he has been working primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Philip grew up in Santa Barbara, California where he played basketball, baseball, and football. Once in high school, he decided to focus on basketball. He went on to play collegiate basketball at Concordia University in Irvine, California. While at Concordia, he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. It was during his time at Concordia, where he discovered a fascination with fitness and the sciences, specifically anatomy and physiology. After working in the diving industry for two years Steven became a father. Soon after his son was born he found he had the urge to find more stable work in the medical field. He pursued this interest and graduated as a PTA in 2013 from Carrington College in Las Vegas. After graduation, Steven worked in a balance clinic in Las Vegas. He found his new passion in helping patients understand and improve their lives through education and exercise. After seeing positive effects in balance patients using therapeutic strengthening and stretching exercises, Steven’s interest in these techniques grew.
