At Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation our professional staff aims to provide quality health care in a warm and inviting environment with ultimate concern for the individual as a whole being.

At Dynamic we believe that getting back to the roots of the profession of physical therapy is imperative to the success of what we do. We implement a strong manual based, hands on approach to treatment intervention because a healing touch only strengthens the rehabilitation protocol and maximizes individual progress.

We strive to help the individual achieve progress and change marked by continuous advance. We are committed to helping you improve you and your family's quality of life.

Dynamic Physical Therapy

Joseph E Indrieri

MSPT, DPT

After finishing his education and working in the corporate setting for the first 5 years of his career, Joe realized that the caliber of care provided at the time, was not what he believed to be sufficient for a quality patient experience.  Joe formed Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation, in an attempt to bring the roots of Physical Therapy back to the outpatient setting.  His goal was to implement a healing touch as the primary focus of patient care.  This personal attention and hands on approach being the key to excellent care and maximal return to function.

The Professionals

Philip Friesen, DPT

Philip Friesen

Philip Friesen has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2015, and has been with Dynamic Spine and Sport rehabilitation since May of 2017 after moving to Las Vegas. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from Chapman University, in southern California. Since graduating, he has been working primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Philip grew up in Santa Barbara, California where he played basketball, baseball, and football. Once in high school, he decided to focus on basketball. He went on to play collegiate basketball at Concordia University in Irvine, California. While at Concordia, he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. It was during his time at Concordia, where he discovered a fascination with fitness and the sciences, specifically anatomy and physiology. It was because of this fascination that Phil drove himself to pursue further education and a career in the field of Physical Therapy. When Philip is away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife, of two years, Leilani and their daughter Renly Ward.

Samantha Gentry, PTA

Philip Friesen

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Samantha is the younger of identical twins by 3 minutes to her sister Taylor. Samantha has worked in the field of physical therapy for 7 years, 5 of which have been as a PTA. Although her career began in the acute and sub acute settings, she is very happy with her transition to outpatient orthopedics and is "beyond excited to finally find a home at Dynamic". Samantha is very active and always loved sports and exercise. She can usually be found outside enjoying some form of activity if she is not at work and enjoys biking, hiking, and running.

Steven Bolick, PTA

Philip Friesen

Raised in Las Vegas Steven considers himself a true local. After graduating from Cimarron Memorial High School, Steven went to work in southern Utah as a wild land firefighter. Three years later, hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf of Mexico, severely damaging oil platforms. Searching for a new adventure, Steven moved to Houston TX, attended The Ocean Corporation, and graduated as an entry level commercial diver so that he could assist in the rehab and recovery of the damage caused by terrible incident.

After working in the diving industry for two years Steven became a father. Soon after his son was born he found he had the urge to find more stable work in the medical field. Having seen many on the job aches and injuries in his lines of work, physical therapy seemed like an appropriate interest, and exciting career for the future. He pursued this interest and graduated as a PTA in 2013 from Carrington College in Las Vegas. After graduation, Steven worked in a balance clinic in Las Vegas. He found his new passion in helping patients understand and improve their lives through education and exercise. After seeing positive effects in balance patients using therapeutic strengthening and stretching exercises, Steven’s interest in these techniques grew. This interest, eventually led him to join the family at Dynamic Spine and Sport.

He loves spending time with his extensive family and taking weekend getaways to new places. His hobbies include; cooking, playing poker, snowboarding and gardening.
