Our Story
Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation in Las Vegas was created to deliver personalized physical therapy care and sports rehabilitation built around each patient’s needs, goals, and recovery process. From the start, our focus has been on providing a supportive environment where patients receive one-on-one care, advanced rehabilitation techniques, and clear guidance through every stage of recovery.
With experience across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health, and outpatient physical therapy, Joe, the founder, developed a patient-centered approach that looks beyond the pain itself. His focus is on restoring movement, improving function, and supporting long-term recovery through evidence-based treatment and hands-on care.
Our philosophy is built on combining evidence-based physical therapy with hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. We take a functional approach to rehabilitation, looking at movement, biomechanics, and the root cause of pain rather than only the symptoms. Every plan is designed around the patient’s lifestyle, goals, and long-term recovery needs, including injury prevention and return-to-sport when appropriate.

Meet Our Founder
Joseph E. Indrieri

After finishing his education and working in a corporate healthcare setting for the first 5 years of his career, Joe realized that the level of care being delivered did not reflect the quality of experience he believed patients deserved.
He completed his B.S. in Mathematics at DePaul University in 1994, followed by an M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1999. He then earned his Master of Physical Therapy (MSPT) from UNLV in 2003 and later completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2009. He is also a fellowship-trained clinician with FAAOMPT / FAAMT certification and has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy since 2003.
Joe formed Dynamic Spine & Sport Rehabilitation to bring the roots of physical therapy back to the outpatient setting. His goal was to restore a more personal, hands-on approach where healing and patient connection come first.
His approach is built on close attention to each patient and hands-on care, which he believes are essential for achieving strong outcomes and full return to function. His clinical focus includes spine rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, neurological rehabilitation, SI dysfunction, sciatica, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and Pilates-based rehab.
